Investment Criteria

• Stabilized, neighborhood and community shopping centers, grocery preferred (not currently considering shadow-anchored, strip centers or single-tenant properties)

• 50,000 RSF or greater preferred 

• Major metro markets in the Western US (preferred locations are California, Phoenix metro, and Portland metro)

• No set minimum return hurdles (will underwrite based on underlying investment risk)

• Portfolios or individual assets considered

• SyWest is a private investment and development company that is well capitalized and able to close quickly, all-cash, on sizable transactions
