SyWest Development is a fully integrated commercial real estate firm with the experience and flexibility to provide creative solutions to various complex real estate situations.  Our company is keenly focused on the acquisition, development and management of quality real estate assets, which are privately held and operated on a long-term basis. 

Our core competency is the focused and deliberate ability to create long-term value through either ground-up development or repositioning of existing underperforming assets.  We are actively seeking investments in both stabilized and value-oriented properties using all-cash or with moderate leverage. 

Our management team has a wealth of experience and knowledge, combined with a shared vision and commitment, in developing high-quality, responsible projects.  We value our strong working relationships with varied municipalities, brokers and numerous national tenants, having earned a solid reputation for performance and management excellence. 

Current holdings include over 60 separate property locations that exceed 744 acres and approximately 4.2 million square feet of leasable building space.  In addition, over 1 million square feet of new space is currently planned and in various stages of construction.
