Stabilized, neighborhood and community shopping centers, grocery preferred (not currently considering shadow-anchored, strip centers or single-tenant properties)

50,000 RSF or greater preferred 

Major metro markets in the Western US (preferred locations are California, Phoenix metro, and Portland metro)

No set minimum return hurdles (will underwrite based on underlying investment risk)

Portfolios or individual assets considered
